Flavoured Oolong teas

According to legend, about 300 years ago, a Chinese planter in the Fujian region was walking among the tea trees wondering how to create new varieties and obtain new tastes.
Suddenly, a dragon emerged from one of the trees. The planter interpreted this as a good omen, plucked some leaves, let them ferment less than usual and discovered unknown flavour notes. Oolong tea was born.
This semi-fermented tea offers a subtle and delicate taste. Its fragrance makes it all the more delicious to drink.
